Paula Ettelbrick Fellows and Interns Fund

The Paula Ettelbrick Fellows and Interns Fund of the International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission, established in March 2011, was created to honor the commitment that Paula Ettelbrick, IGLHRC’s former Executive Director, had to the Lesbian, Gay Bisexual and Transgender movement for equality and human rights.

This internship fund is intended to recognize Paula’s impact on those movements both at home and abroad. Paula always made time in her perpetually busy schedule to mentor interns and activists who would become the next generation of LGBT leaders. With the support of this fund IGLHRC will carry on Paula’s commitment to mentoring, encouraging and advising interns on the issues and work of securing LGBT human rights around the globe.
